This system controls 2x Mechanical Engines and 2x Mechanical Gearboxes. It connects via CANBus to 1x Flexball 4500 Single Throttle Station.

This Italian-designed system ensures smooth and dependable operation in any marine setting. The Flexball 4500-MM21 throttle controls are tailored for boats with mechanical engine control and mechanical gearboxes. Suitable for pleasure and commercial vessels like trawlers, pilot boats, commercial fishing vessels, and tourism boats.

Flexball throttle controls offer a reliable solution to replace outdated and unreliable throttle systems. Built with quality and durability in mind, these throttles are designed to outlast other control systems. All Flexball throttles are supplied standard with a “start interlock” safety function to ensure engines will not start if the gearbox is in gear. 

All mechanical control solutions have a “release” pin to allow for manual override at the actuator box in the event of an emergency, which is an excellent safety feature.

Flexball throttle systems are designed to work when you turn the engine key ON. Each time you start the Flexball system, it goes back to NEUTRAL and IDLE, even if the engine is off or the gearbox is engaged. This is a great safety feature.
