This system controls 1x Mechanical Engine and 1x Mechanical Gearbox. It connects via CANBus to 2x Flexball 4500 Single Throttle Station.

Crafted for boats with mechanical engine control and mechanical gearboxes, the Flexball 4500-MM12 throttle control system ensures smooth and reliable operation in any marine environment. This Italian-designed system offers precision control and durability. The Flexball controls are built for any pleasure and commercial vessels, including trawlers, pilot vessels, commercial fishing vessels, and tourism boats.

For engines with mechanical controls, the throttle lever is typically mounted on the injection pump for older engines, or similar setups. In the case of electronic engines with a mechanical potentiometer (pot), push/pull cables connect to the potentiometer arm to physically adjust the engine rpm.

The actuator box also has a side lever that smoothly controls the throttle lever on the engine. It's designed to be easy to mount in your engine room and works with cables up to 5 meters long.

The 4500-MM12 kit includes everything you need electrically. The only component not included are the 2x morse cables which connect between actuator box to the throttle and the actuator box to the gearbox. We always highly recommend these be made locally to custom length.
