This system controls 2x Electronic Engine and 2x Mechanical Gearbox. It connects via CANBus to 4x Flexball 4500 Dual Throttle Station.

Introducing the Flexball 4500-EM24 throttle controls—crafted in Italy for exceptional quality. These controls are not only easy to install but also boast a sturdy and reliable build, ensuring longevity. They are designed to seamlessly integrate with any mechanical engine featuring an electrical gearbox. Experience precision and durability like never before with Flexball.

The Flexball 4500-EM24 series throttles are supplied standard with a “start interlock” safety function to ensure engines will not start if the gearbox is in gear. This Italian-designed and built system from Turin, Italy, is a quality and reliable solution.

The actuator box controls the gearbox through a mechanical actuator positioned on its side. A short mechanical morse cable connects this actuator to the gearbox actuator (Please note: Morse Cable is not included in the package)

The 4500-ME24 system operates on a multivolt 9-32V power supply. Positioned within the engine room, the actuator box electronically connects to the engine throttle via fly-by-wire and mechanically links to the gearbox actuator.

The 4500-EM24 kit includes all components required for connection, except for the morse cable required to connect between the actuator box and the gearbox selector, which we advise be custom-made to specific lengths for the vessel.
