This system controls 2x Electronic Engine and 2x Mechanical Gearbox. It connects via CANBus to 3x Flexball 4500 Dual Throttle Station.
Installation is easy with a multi-volt 9-32V voltage input only required to power the actuator box. All throttle stations are connected via a single CANBus harness connected in a “daisy chain” arrangement for incredible ease of connection. An unlimited number of throttle control stations can be added to all Flexball systems.
The Flexball 4500-EM23 throttle systems are designed to operate via a relay connection to the engine key ON position. Every time the Flexball system is “powered up”, it automatically reverts to the NEUTRAL and IDLE position, regardless of whether the engine is off with high RPM or the gearbox is engaged in either direction - An excellent safety feature.
All Flexball throttles are supplied standard with a “start interlock” safety function to ensure engines will not start if the gearbox is in gear. This Italian-designed and built system from Turin, Italy, is a quality and reliable solution.
Flexball systems are perfect to replace any existing and unreliable throttle systems, including Hynautic hydraulic control systems, Twin Disc EC200 and EC300 systems, ZF Micro Command, Smart Command or Clear Command systems, NHK KE4 (KE-4) or KE6 (KE-6) throttle systems or Glendinning throttle control systems.
