This system controls 2x Electronic Engine and 2x Mechanical Gearbox. It connects via CANBus to 2x Flexball 4500 Dual Throttle Station.

The 4500-ME22 system is compatible with a wide range of voltages, from 9V to 32V. The actuator box is installed in the engine room and electronically connects to the engine throttle via fly-by-wire technology, while also mechanically connecting to the gearbox actuator.

Gearbox control is handled by a mechanical actuator located on the side of the actuator box. A short mechanical Morse cable is connected from this actuator to the gearbox actuator (Please note: Morse Cable is not included in the package).

The Flexball 4500-EM22 system, engineered and manufactured in Italy, is the ultimate solution for boats with electronic marine engines and mechanical gearboxes. Imported to Australia, it offers a reliable replacement for outdated throttle systems, including ZF, Hynautic, Twin Disc, and Glen Dinning systems.

The 4500-EM22 kit includes all components required for connection, except for the morse cable required to connect between the actuator box and the gearbox selector, which we advise be custom-made to specific lengths for the vessel.

Currently installed in any and all pleasure and commercial applications, including trawlers, pilot vessels, commercial fishing vessels, and tourism boats, to name a few, the Flexball system is a reliable solution.

One actuator box can manage either single or twin-engine vessel control.
