This system controls 1x Electronic Engine and 1x Mechanical Gearbox. It connects via CANBus to 1x Flexball 4500 Single Throttle Station.

The Flexball EM system is the perfect hybrid for any newer electronic engines coupled with older-style mechanical actuated gearboxes. Any make and model of an electronic engine can be used with ease with Flexball control systems. Regardless of what type of electronic throttle input is required,

Gearbox control is managed through a mechanical actuator on the side of the Actuator box, where a short mechanical morse cable is connected which then connects to the actuator on the gearbox (Note: Morse Cable not included in the package)

The Flexball 4500-EM11 offers an extremely smooth feel and operates providing extreme precision control through the rpm range from idle to full throttle.

Flexball systems are the ideal choice for upgrading unreliable throttle controls. Compatible with a wide range of marine engines, including Caterpillar, Cummins, Yanmar, and more, these throttles are suitable for both pleasure and commercial vessels. Whether you own a trawler, pilot vessel, commercial fishing vessel, or tourism boat, Flexball systems offer reliability and performance.

The 4500-EM11 kit includes all components required for connection, except for the morse cable required to connect between the actuator box and the gearbox selector, which we advise be custom-made to a specific length for the vessel.
