This system controls 1x Electronic Engine and 1x Electronic Gearbox. It connects to 1x Flexball 4500 Single Throttle Station.

Flexball 4500 EE series is the solution for all vessels with electronic engine and electronic gearbox control. Suitable for use with any make and model of electronic engine, Flexball can offer a solution tailored to your engine. Flexball offers a solution for all makes and models of electronic engines including Caterpillar, Cummins, Yanmar, Scania, FPT, MTU, MAN, Volvo, and more.

The EE series also enables for electronic gearbox control of either 12V or 24V solenoids applicable to Twin Disc, ZF, or DI Marine transmissions. Trolling options are available also. The EE solution requires only one actuator box to control either single or twin engines in a vessel.

The Flexball 4500-EE11 offers an extremely smooth feel and operates providing precision control through the RPM range from idle to full throttle. 

The 4500-EE11 system is multivolt 9-32V. The actuator box is mounted within the engine room and connects electronically to the engine wiring harness and also to the electronic solenoids on the gearbox. It is important to note that whatever voltage is required to the gearbox solenoids is the voltage that the actuator box must receive from the vessel’s battery system.

Extremely easy to install and calibrate. Flexball Electronic Throttle Controls can easily be retrofitted to any existing marine engine.
